Fans can find information about local bands and where they're playing. Bands can look up local venues that book live music. Venues can find out about local bands. All the pictures on this site have been cleared for promotional use. (Credit quadcitymusic.com Unless the caption says otherwise.)

"It's important for people to go out and support the local bands and artist's in this area. No matter what kind of music you're into, there's a band out there for you to enjoy. Folk, acoustic, classic rock, country, funk, heavy metal, it's all out there in the Quad Cities waiting for you." - John Pepping

Redstone Room

"The Redstone Room is a dream come true for the RME. Plans to create a world class live music venue for the Quad Cities have been in place since the original concept plans. Together with our proposed Music Incubator educational center, the RME will become a showcase for the creation and performance of American music."
- Lon Bozarth

QC Soundboard is now formed!

"SoundBoard is a fan-based, community-driven organization whose mission is to perpetuate the continued success and growth of the Quad Cities' live music scene by providing centralized resources to fans, talent, venues and the media. By working inclusively with regional talent and with local music venues to create these resources, we can enhance the diversity and vitality of the Quad Cities' live music community."

Independent Music Association of the Quad Cities

Our Mission is to help independent artists and musicians reach a larger audience. We focus on eastern Iowa and western Illinois, but can help any band. This is an outgrowth of this site, and we hope to incorporate as a non-profit organization next year.
